1. Order on line:
This method of shopping is recommended because:
• The product can be clearly identified and errors can be avoided;
• We can have the exact hour when you posted the order and that can allow us to answer you in max. 60 min;
• You can permanently check the status of your order and the comments that our sale specialists are making regarding it.

The on-line shop is using a virtual shopping basket in which you can add products using BUY or ADD TO BASKET buttons. You can find that button on right side of each product, at the product list or at the product details page.

2. Order by phone:

3. Buy from our Show Room

Working Schedule:
 Order registering: Mondays to Thursdays from 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM, Fridays from 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM (for orders received by phone) and NON-STOP for orders on line shop or by e-mail. Orders made Sunday will be registered Monday.

Regardless of the type of order (on-line, e-mail, phone or other) the acceptance, meaning the agreement of will and contracting will be concluded at the signing by the client of the fiscal invoice which accomplish the product. The fiscal invoice is replacing the sale contract. Launching of the order, receiving the automatic mail after posting the order, phone talks, e-mails correspondences or other discussions between clients and company representatives will not be considered as order acceptance and will not be taken as long-distance contract compliance.

Payments can be made:
• Cash at the company's headquarter
• Payment order in our bank account
• Cash deposit in our bank account (using this method one can save the repayment fee)
 • Cash payment at delivery by currier (for Romania).
